A Second Home for You (ASHFY) provides transitional housing and life programs in Cleveland that are designed for young adult males between the ages of 18 – 25 years who aged out of foster care and need extra support to effectively navigate into adulthood. ASHFY tailor’s their transitional life programs to meet the unique needs of each individual. It is the mission of “A Second Home for You” to bridge the gap between foster care and adult living by assisting young adults who have aged out of the foster care system.
